Over the past two decades, I have built, led and advised businesses as an entrepreneur, investor and consultant. My work has taken me across Hungary, Germany and the United States, spanning company building, real estate development, investment, public-sector transformation and organisational growth.

I have led companies, managed cross-border investments, built residential projects, developed businesses and assembled teams. As an angel investor, I participated in the due diligence of 100 startups in the USA. As a project manager and consultant, I gained hands-on experience across 160 projects with an aggregate value of EUR 200 million, working with both corporate and public-sector clients.

These experiences have shaped a pragmatic view of risk, value creation and execution: strong businesses are not built on theory, but on disciplined decisions, resilient systems and the ability to perform under pressure.

2025 -

Consultant / partner

Delta Partners

As a consultant, I support corporate and public-sector organisations in AI and IT transformation, growth management and the resolution of complex organisational challenges.

My work focuses on improving operational efficiency, identifying sources of cost and time loss, and developing system-level solutions that create lasting improvements in organisational performance.

In AI projects, I focus on identifying, prioritising and implementing the use cases with the strongest business or institutional return potential.

As a consultant, I connect strategic, technological and organisational perspectives to ensure that transformation becomes operational reality rather than a theoretical exercise.

2015 -

Financial services / foreclosure - owner / CEO

Hungary

2025 - owner

I acquired a financial enterprise and developed it into an operating debt management company focused on foreclosure. I led the company successfully for eight years, then adapted the business model in response to changing market conditions, shifting the focus towards the collection of utility arrears.

Building and managing a regulated financial enterprise required me to develop a comprehensive practical understanding of the sector. I gained direct experience in regulatory compliance, accounting, legal structuring, IT systems, operational control and risk management.

This period gave me a disciplined view of how financial businesses must be built and operated: with clear processes, strong governance, reliable systems and constant attention to regulatory expectations.

2012 -

Real estate development -
owner / CEO

Hungary

Real estate development is a capital-intensive, risk-sensitive business where financial discipline matters as much as construction expertise. Our projects typically involve the development of 5–10 unit residential buildings, often through the conversion or redevelopment of existing properties.

Over the years, this work has required me to build substantial hands-on knowledge across the key disciplines of construction, from planning and permitting to budgeting, contractor coordination and technical execution.

The sector also brings significant organisational and human complexity. Managing conflicts, securing financing, coordinating stakeholders and resolving unforeseen issues have become an integral part of my day-to-day operational experience.

2015 - 2025

Real estate development

owner / CEO

Germany

Establishing and operating a business in a foreign market is one of the most effective ways to develop entrepreneurial discipline. It requires adaptability, cultural awareness, legal precision and the ability to make decisions in an unfamiliar institutional environment.

Berlin has been a particularly strong context for this experience. For me, it represents one of Europe’s most dynamic urban markets: international, constantly evolving and shaped by long-term structural change. Since founding my Berlin-based company, the city has undergone a significant transformation, while retaining its distinctive economic and cultural character.

The Berlin real estate market has offered a valuable combination of stability, transparency and long-term value preservation. This has made it not only an investment environment, but also an important reference point in my understanding of cross-border business building and real estate investment.

2018 - 2023

Angel investor

USA

The United States offered a direct view into one of the world’s deepest and most competitive investment markets.

Over five years, while living between Europe and the United States, I participated as an angel investor in the due diligence of 100 US-based startups across IT, energy and food industry sectors. Working alongside experienced investors, I gained practical insight into how early-stage companies are assessed, challenged and selected in a highly disciplined investment environment.

This experience fundamentally sharpened my understanding of what separates promising ideas from investable businesses — and what distinguishes ambitious founders from truly capable entrepreneurs.

2001 - 2015

Project leader, senior consultant/partner
Hungary

Over 15 years, I delivered 160 projects for more than 100 clients, representing a combined project value of EUR 200 billion and involving teams of up to 50 colleagues.

My work spanned IT, telco, tourism, sustainability, construction, civil engineering, regional development, job creation programs and social inclusion. I was responsible for project management, strategic consulting, planning, financial management and coaching.

The work required constant stakeholder alignment, conflict management and crisis management. It was a demanding period that shaped my practical understanding of execution, accountability and organisational resilience.

2000 - 2001

Project manager, consultant, founder, Hungary

Business success is rarely linear. My first startup taught me early lessons in ambition, timing and market readiness.

I raised EUR 500.000  in seed capital from American - Hungarian investors to build a company focused on online marketing and digital strategy. We helped businesses explore digital channels years before they became a standard part of commercial strategy.

The idea was ahead of its market. The lesson was clear: innovation only creates value when the market is ready to adopt it.

Coffee

Coffee has been part of my life for 15 years.

Since my first truly good espresso, I have nearly bought a coffee farm in Hawaii and almost opened a speciality café by Lake Balaton. I trained as a barista and have visited 84 speciality cafés across 25 countries.

For now, the relationship remains platonic — but the idea of a speciality café is still alive.
